OUR PROCESS
At Luxury Coatings UK our aim is to produce a high standard of work consistently.
The only way to do this is to have an efficient process that works.
We ask that all items are disassembled prior to sending to us.
Upon arrival all your parts are inspected & photographed
All parts are cleaned , prepped & masked
The parts are then sand blasted to allow for optimal adhesion to our coating
We meticulously coat all parts with precision
All the coated parts are then either oven or air cured
Between every part of our process we have points of quality control we adhere to. this allows for us to make sure that every item that is coated is of a high standard. As well as physical and visual inspection we also photograph and document each stage for our in house records.
