2. Services Description
Luxury Coatings UK specialises in coating all matter of materials including but not limited to luxury kitchen & bathroom hardware, music equipment and sports equipment customising them to enhance their aesthetics and durability. Our services include a meticulous coating process designed to provide a protective layer while preserving the item’s original design and functionality.
3. Payment Policy
Payment for our services is due at the time of order placement. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, online bank transfers as well as cash. All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is protected. Some projects will require full upfront payment and other projects will require an upfront deposit with a payment schedule given at point of order.

20% Deposit is required on most projects. A deposit secures your place in our production schedule and ensures timely completion of your project. We will provide you with an estimated timeline for project completion, taking into account factors such as material availability and workload.
4.2 Deposit for Custom Orders
Custom orders may require a higher deposit amount to cover initial design and setup costs. Our team will work closely with you to determine the appropriate deposit for your custom project.
4.3 Deposit Application
Your deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the project upon completion.Any remaining balance after deducting the deposit will be due upon pickup or delivery of the finished products. By placing an order with us and submitting a deposit payment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the deposit policies outlined above, as well as our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these policies at any time, and any changes will be updated accordingly on our website.

Deposits are refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy, as outlined below.Refunds will be issued within a specified timeframe, typically after deducting any applicable fees for materials or processing.Cancellation and Modification:If you need to cancel or modify your order, please notify us as soon as possible.Depending on the stage of the project, cancellation or modification may incur fees or result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Some projects may require non-refundable deposits due to the customised nature of our services or the procurement of specific materials. Non-refundable deposit requirements will be clearly communicated to you prior to confirming your order.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations could be subject to a cancellation fee. 7. Coating Process
Luxury Coatings UK have skilled technicians to perform the coating process. While we take utmost care in handling your items, minor variations may occur in the final result due to the nature of the coating process. We strive for perfection but cannot guarantee absolute uniformity, especially on complex or irregularly shaped items.
8. The Reversing Process
As the process for coating Cerakote requires sand blasting the substrate, this permanently changes the surface of that material. For this reason the process is irreversible once work has began and only a re coating of the same type of coating would be possible. This means that a cancellation would not be possible once work has commenced on the project.
9. Care and Maintenance
Coated items require special care to maintain their appearance and durability. We provide guidelines for proper maintenance upon completion of the coating process. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these guidelines to ensure the longevity of the coated items. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
10. Warranty
We offer a limited warranty on our coating services. The duration and coverage of the warranty depend on the type of item coated and the specific coating applied. The warranty covers issues such as peeling, blistering, or discoloration that occur under normal use and proper maintenance. Damage caused by misuse or neglect is not covered under the warranty.
11. Limitation of Liability
Luxury Coatings UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use our services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.
